Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Columbus, OH)

Stonegate Rowan Facilities is a facilities company in Columbus with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for cleaning schedules in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
