Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Colorado Springs, CO)

Silverline Bright Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Colorado Springs, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
