Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Lantern Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Colorado Springs region, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for safety records in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
