Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Colorado Springs, CO)

Clearpath Quill Facilities is a facilities company in Colorado Springs with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for contractor visits in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
