Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Ember Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
