Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Colorado Springs, CO)

Nova Pine Property Management looks after rental homes across the Colorado Springs area, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a large organisation of about 965 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
