Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Cleveland, OH)

Amberfield Mill Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Cleveland with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for collection routes in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
