Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Cincinnati, OH)

Lumen Cedar Facilities is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for contractor visits in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
