Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Cincinnati, OH)

Bluepeak Granite Housing manages affordable housing communities across Cincinnati. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for lease compliance in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
