Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Cincinnati, OH)

Cedar Wren Facilities looks after properties across the Cincinnati region. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for safety inspections in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
