Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Summit Construction and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for materials orders in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
