Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Northwind Nest Housing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would join a large organisation of about 416 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for lease compliance in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
