Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Charleston, SC)

Rivermark Ridge Property Management Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 908 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident events.
