Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Buffalo, NY)

Summit Cobalt Auto Group is a Buffalo company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for parts orders in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
