Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Beacon Press Group produces print and digital publications in Buffalo. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for customer orders in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
