Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Nest Housing Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for rent assistance in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
