Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Bright Housing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
