Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Buffalo, NY)

Cedar Granite Construction is a Buffalo contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for materials orders in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
