Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Northwind Basin Energy and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would join a large organisation of about 520 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for meter readings in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
