Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Boston, MA)

Silverline Junction Property Management is a Boston property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
