Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Bright Amber Auto Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for supplier deliveries in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
