Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Field Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
