Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Austin, TX)

Nova Lantern Property Management is a Austin property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a large organisation of about 662 people based in Austin. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
