Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Austin, TX)

Lumen Fox Property Management is a Austin property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
