Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Austin, TX)

Bright Forge Environmental Services is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for weigh tickets in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
