Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Anchorage, AK)

Cedar Oak Facilities is a facilities company in Anchorage with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for supply orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
