Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Anchorage, AK)

Nova Lantern Property Management is a Anchorage property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
