Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Granite Water Authority is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for capital projects in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
