Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Albuquerque, NM)

Greenridge Amber Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence.
