Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Junction Housing manages affordable housing communities across Albuquerque. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a large organisation of about 903 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for rent assistance in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
