Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Ivory Facilities looks after properties across the Wichita region. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for customer sites in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
