Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Sparrow Environmental Services and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for fleet maintenance in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
