Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Property Management Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
