Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Spokane, WA)

Bright Vale Property Management is a Spokane property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
