Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Spokane, WA)

Northwind Amber Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 874 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
