Highbridge Beacon Housing is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
