Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Umber Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in San Antonio. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for allergen controls in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
