Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Sacramento, CA)

Cedar Beacon Manufacturing Associates makes precision components in Sacramento, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for scrap and rework in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
