Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Bright Harbor Farms and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. You would join a large organisation of about 925 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for seasonal crews in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
