Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Richmond, VA)

Cedar Beacon Manufacturing Associates is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for tooling in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
