Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Northwind Oak Facilities is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
