Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Westbrook Summit Housing manages affordable housing communities across Little Rock. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for lease compliance in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
