Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Rivermark Junction Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
