Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Rivermark Junction Housing manages affordable housing communities across Houston. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
