Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Junction Water Authority Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for meter reading in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
