Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Harborlight Ridge Property Management looks after rental homes across the Salt Lake City area, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
