Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Northwind Cobalt Property Management manages apartment communities around Charlotte, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
