Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Wilder Property Management Group and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
