Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Bright North Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
