Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Amberfield Quill Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Wichita. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. We reward reliability. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for claims in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
